When talking about Takumi Fujiwara, the protagonist of Initial D, one cannot help but think of his beloved car, the Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86, commonly known as the Hachiroku, inherited from his father, Bunta. Armed with its aging rear-wheel drive, he defeated numerous rivals on Mount Akina and established a legendary reputation as the fastest car on public roads. This collaboration watch evokes the Hachiroku's black and white panda livery with a white dial, crisp black subdials, and a sleek black bezel. The "86" index at the 12 o'clock position and the subdials are designed to resemble the AE86's onboard meters, incorporating Hachiroku design elements throughout.
